Need to protect your home or business during this rainy weather? We've got you covered! West Sacramento's Public Works Department has FREE sand and bags available at the Port of West Sacramento entrance, 2895 Industrial Blvd.
Bags can be picked up at the guard shack and residents are advised to bring their own shovels.
